We use collected information to:

5. AI Agent Conversations

Messages exchanged with AI agents are stored to maintain conversation context and improve response quality. Conversation data belongs to your company and is not shared with third parties. You may delete conversation history at any time through the dashboard.

6. Third-Party Services

When you connect third-party services (Slack, Telegram, etc.), data from those services is processed only to provide the integration functionality. We do not store credentials in plain text. OAuth tokens are encrypted and used solely for the intended integration.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children's Privacy
