1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using oSquad's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

oSquad provides an AI agent platform that enables businesses to create, configure, and deploy specialized AI agents. Agents can be connected to communication channels (Slack, Telegram, etc.) and equipped with tools to perform tasks autonomously.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Usage-based charges (LLM tokens, tool calls) are billed according to your plan's rates.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use the service to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the service. oSquad retains ownership of the platform, including software, designs, and documentation. AI-generated responses are licensed to you for your business use.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service failures or force majeure events.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

oSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss arising from the use of our service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
